I had such a fantastic experience getting my oil change done here! Pete and Joe completely outdid themselves and took the extra time to help me understand my tire pressure issues. As a woman driving a nice car who doesn't know a ton about auto maintenance, it's so rare to find a shop that doesn’t try to take advantage of you. Pete and Joe were completely transparent, fair, genuine, and affordable. I couldn't appreciate their honesty more and will definitely be coming back!

Came in on a Saturday last minute with a flat tire on the rim, two new tires looking for someone to mount them. Even though I hadn’t bought the tires from them they were extremely tentative and mounted the first tire. I left and came back and they changed out the w other…. Yes, one would say ‘they did their job’ but it was how it was done and how attentive they were. It was a pleasure and I will recommend them always!!!

Spoke with Pete on the phone regarding a TPS sensor for my granddaughters car. He was knowledgeable and helpful, offered me to come in so he could evaluate the situation. Pete asked if a same day appointment would work at 2:30pm. When I arrived I was greeted very politely and courteous. Pete and his staff as promised took the car in for repair on time, evaluated the vehicle and repaired it for exactly what was quoted. This was my first experience with BP tires and service and I will definitely return with my own vehicles and recommend them to others. Thank you Pete and staff, you all have a new customer.

I had such an amazing experience at BP Auto Body & Shop! From the moment I walked in, they made me feel like a valued customer. Their pricing was more than fair, especially for the quality of work they provided. You can really tell they care about the people they’re helping, not just the job itself. What impressed me the most was how efficient they were. They got everything done within just 2 hours, which is almost unheard of for auto work. I was expecting to be there all day, but they had me back on the road in no time without cutting any corners. On top of that, they went above and beyond with their customer service. I had my son with me, and when he started getting a little tired and restless, they kindly offered him candy and juice to keep him comfortable. That small gesture meant a lot and really showed the kind of environment they create for their customers. Overall, this shop is professional, fast, affordable, and genuinely caring. It’s not easy to find a place you can fully trust with your car, but BP Auto Body & Shop has definitely earned my loyalty. This is the only shop I’ll be going to from now on!
